We encrypt all data in transit using TLS/HTTPS, so your information never travels in plain text. Sensitive details like CNICs are encrypted at rest, and every listing is manually verified before it goes live.
Stayza connects you with hostel owners and isn't a party to your rental agreement, so refunds follow the policy you agreed to with the owner. If something goes wrong, our team will help mediate the dispute. Detailed terms live in our Refund Policy.
